This session on Growth Mindset was led by Abhilash Joseph, Director of Lifetech Solutions Training, Team Head at IPCAI, and Assistant Professor of Sociology at Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS). The session focused on developing a growth mindset among students to foster resilience, adaptability, and continuous learning.
