The Civil Engineering Department of CISAT Thrissur successfully conducted a minor activity focused on the theme “Aesthetic Aspects of Building Design” on 29th September 2025, aimed at enhancing the creative thinking and design sensitivity of budding civil engineers. This engaging session encouraged students to explore the artistic and visual elements that complement structural functionality in modern architecture.
The programme was conducted by CISAT powered by TANGENT, a leading name in architectural and structural design, with sessions led by experienced professionals — Mr. Vinod K. C and Mr. Arundas V. M, Directors of TANGENT. Their insightful guidance and real-world examples helped students understand how aesthetics play a crucial role in shaping user experience and architectural identity.
