The Department of Mechanical Engineering, Nirmala College of Engineering, Meloor, Chalakudy, inaugurated its Mechanical Engineering Association named DYNAMEX on 15th September 2025, in connection with Engineers’ Day.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest, Dr. G. Natarajan, Retired Senior Scientist, CSIR. The event was presided over by Dr. Biju C. V., Principal, Nirmala College of Engineering, and was attended by Mr. Sanal Kumar T. M., Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Faculty members including Mr. Arun K. S., Mr. Shifin Yihannan, Mr. Aswin N. Varghese, and Mrs. Divine K. Varghese were also present on the occasion.
The inauguration ceremony included the traditional lamp lighting and was followed by
an address by the Chief Guest, who inspired the students by emphasizing the importance
of engineers in society. The event concluded successfully with active participation from faculty and students.
